Located in the heart of the 8th arrondissement of Paris, with its view on l’Arc de Triomphe, The Bistrologist combines bistronomy and mixology, the art of making cocktails. This old bar from the 1950s whose decoration recalls these English clubs with timeless charm.

It’s classic menu with modern touches appeals equally to Parisian insiders and distinguished travellers and to the corporate clientele of the district. With 3 levels, the venue can accommodate its customers inside with its two rooms, as well as on its mezzanine, and outside on its heated terrace.

Its subdued light mixed with a skillfully selected jazzy sound is perfect for tasting subtle cocktails or a glass of wine selected by the Augé cellars, specializing in natural wines and champagnes and fine liquors.
